Your employer has an application for entry of a key management position in a country where women are historically oppressed and pushed to the less well-paying jobs and fill degrading. There was a time in this country, where we had similar situations ... a woman here ... a woman there ... somebody must begin to break the pattern. They can not be regarded as the best advice, but if they wanted to charge a puppet of what we wanted to hear - think that would put a sock in his hand and make it themselves.
